## IF YOU BELIEVE THERE IS AN ERROR
If you think a verified answer is incorrect:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the answer
2. Provide clear details of the issue and any supporting information
3. We will cross-check against our trusted sources and reply within 48 hours

## OUR RESOLUTION
- If we confirm our answer was wrong: **we will add 5 extra credits to your account** as a gesture of goodwill
- If our answer is confirmed correct: we will explain our verification process clearly
- **No cash refunds are offered at any time** — all resolutions are provided as service credits only

## NO RESOLUTION FOR:
- Partial use of any plan
- Change of mind
- Disagreement over verified facts or differing expert opinions
