1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Pure Truth service, website, and all features provided. Pure Truth is owned and operated by Rob, based in Hampshire, United Kingdom. By accessing, registering, paying for, or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.
2. WHAT WE PROVIDE
Pure Truth is an information service that generates answers cross‑checked across multiple verified sources and leading AI models. We aim to deliver factual, balanced, and verified information, but we do not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. All answers are for guidance only — you are responsible for how you use or rely on any information provided.
- Questions we cannot verify, or that are refused for legal, safety, or policy reasons, will NOT count towards your paid question quota.
- We reserve the right to update, suspend, or withdraw any feature or pricing at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
3. ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY
- You must be aged 16 or over to use our service; paid features require you to be 18 or over.
- You must provide accurate contact details and keep your login credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, attempt to misuse the service, or pose a security risk.
4. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
- All prices are in Great British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and we do not store your full card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
- Discount codes are proprietary, non‑transferable, and subject to these rules:
• Public codes (PURE50, REFER10): one use per new customer only
• TRUSTEE: one free trial per person, then full price applies
• TRUSTEE30: only valid for customers you personally approve; will be rejected for all other users
• PureOwner: exclusive to you, limited to one redemption only
- We may cancel or restrict any code if we suspect misuse, fraud, or unauthorised sharing.
- Refunds are only provided where required by UK consumer law, or if we cannot provide the service you have paid for. No refunds are given for unused questions, remaining time, or partial use of plans.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must NOT:
- Submit questions that are illegal, harmful, discriminatory, violent, infringe copyright, or violate any law or third‑party rights
- Attempt to hack, reverse‑engineer, scrape, copy, or disrupt our system, verification logic, or security measures
- Share, resell, or sublicense your access, discount codes, or our outputs for commercial purposes without our written permission
- Use our service to build or train a competing product
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding, system design, verification methods, code, and original content on our site are the exclusive property of Pure Truth / Rob. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of these without our explicit written consent. You may use answers for personal or internal business use only.
7. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by English and Welsh law:
- We exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any loss, damage, or business decisions made based on our answers
- Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or serious negligence
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
9. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page, and continued use of our service counts as acceptance of any changes.
